They where very thorough on the initial checking over and estimating of the planned project. Date was set and installation was professionally done. Floor covers where put down for protection, all materials where cleaned up and vacuumed after. Also the installation did have a couple unforeseen issues that they expertly took care of. I am very happy with the work and talent they showed on the site.

Great experience beginning to end. The office got me in their schedule without delay. Technicians were prompt, courteous, and friendly. They explained what the issue with my furnace was and fixed it very quickly and with a minimum of expense. They didn’t even mind my pesky little dogs! Fire and Ice will definitely be my Go To for furnace and air work. I expect to be be calling them soon to replace my old air conditioner. Thanks!

hard, and Jake really know their stuff and work well as a team. We had an emergency hot water heater replacement in our AirBnB rental and they took great care of us and finished the job very quickly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful company! Couldn’t be happier, from estimate to installation completion they were so easy to work with and very accommodating. So friendly and considerate, quiet and polite, everything you want and they cleaned up after themselves! Best of all they not only tolerated my dogs they gave them attention, which they loved. Can’t say enough good things about Chris, Jake, Rich, and Echo!
